Terms of Service

1. About CataloGo

CataloGo is a digital catalogue creation platform operated by Om Hiteshbhai Sanandiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By accessing or using CataloGo you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use CataloGo. By using the platform you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account & Login

CataloGo supports phone number OTP login and Google OAuth login. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You agree not to share your OTP with anyone. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Catalogue Plans & Pricing

CataloGo charges a one-time fee per catalogue — there is no recurring subscription or monthly charges. Plans available are Free, Starter (₹99), Plus (₹299), and Business (₹999). Each plan has specific limits on products and features as described on our pricing page. Plans are purchased per catalogue and are non-transferable.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase you authorize us to charge the applicable one-time fee. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. CataloGo does not offer refunds for digital catalogue plans. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. PDF Catalogues & Service Availability

Your PDF catalogue is available for download at any time while CataloGo is active. CataloGo is a one-time payment service — you are not required to make any recurring payments to access your existing catalogues. In the unlikely event that CataloGo discontinues its service, all users will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or phone. During this period, you will have full access to download all your PDF catalogues before the service closes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CataloGo to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

9. Catalogue Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to CataloGo including product images, descriptions, prices, and company information. By uploading, you grant CataloGo a limited, non-exclusive license to display and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

10. Watermarks

Free plan catalogues include a CataloGo watermark on PDF downloads. Upgrading to a paid plan removes the watermark. Attempting to remove or obscure the watermark on free plan PDFs is a violation of these terms.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice or liability. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Limitation of Liability

CataloGo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the catalogue in question.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CataloGo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.
