CataloGo is operated by Om Hiteshbhai Sanandiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and operate the CataloGo service
  • Process payments via Razorpay
  • Send OTPs for login via SMS
  • Show catalogue view analytics
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve our platform

3. Image Storage

Product images are stored on Cloudinary, a cloud image hosting service. Images are publicly accessible via URL so they display in your shareable catalogue links. Do not upload confidential or sensitive images.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share data with Razorpay (payments), Cloudinary (image hosting), and SMS providers (OTP delivery). These providers are bound by data protection agreements.

5. Public Catalogues

When you publish a catalogue, it becomes accessible to anyone with the link. Your company name, products, prices, and contact information will be publicly visible. Do not include private information in published catalogues.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and catalogue data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Security

We use JWT authentication, HTTPS, and secure OTP delivery. No system is completely secure. Use a secure device and log out after sessions on shared devices.

CataloGo uses browser localStorage to save your login token and theme preference. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

CataloGo is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of CataloGo after changes means you accept the updated policy.
