All digital plan purchases are final and non-refundable.

One exception

Duplicate payments are fully refunded within 5–7 business days.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases on CataloGo are for digital catalogue plans. Access is granted immediately upon payment. All sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to all paid plans — Starter, Plus, and Business.

2. Why No Refunds

  • Access to features is granted instantly upon payment
  • Digital products cannot be returned
  • Our Free plan lets you try before you buy — no credit card needed
  • All plan features are clearly described on our pricing page before purchase

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a feature you paid for, contact us within 48 hours of purchase via our contact page. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Technical issues are the only exception where we may consider a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same plan due to a payment gateway error, contact us immediately with your payment details. We will verify and refund the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.

5. Free Plan

The Free plan is completely free and does not require any payment. We strongly encourage trying the Free plan before purchasing. The Free plan includes a CataloGo watermark on PDF downloads.

6. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed by Razorpay. If a payment was deducted but not reflected in your account, contact us with your Razorpay transaction ID and we will resolve it promptly.
